Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with the tags removed.

Due to our incredibly high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Also due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final.

Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our leadership team. In the case of an exception, all exchanges will be subject to a $15 processing fee via PayPal (info@classnpolish.com).

Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team.

Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out! If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed and free of body odor, lint, hair or fragrance, etc. If 3 business days have passed since you received your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

Bandanas are not returnable or exchangeable (NO EXCEPTIONS!). All face cover sales are final and non-returnable (NO EXCEPTIONS!).
